Aperitif coupelle isskål often with faceted mirrorsHeavy 3 cup pewter bowl with handles shaped like dragon heads. It appears slightly patinated in the bowls. A classic feature of French table culture. The small divided (2 or 3) bowls became especially popular in the mid 20th century in French bistros and cafs, where they were used to serve olives, cornichons or nuts with a glass of wine or pastis.
