The grapes grow at an altitude of 350 meters on Monte Schiavo in Maiolati Spontini. They are harvested by hand and after a soft pressing, the wine undergoes a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the wine develops its fine bubbles and complex aromas. "Dosaggio Zero" means that no extra sugar is added before the
