Tomintoul Peated 0,7l, alc. 40 Vol.-% Whisky der Monats which makes bottlings from ScapaTomintoul is a relatively young distillery, founded in 1964 in Speyside, Scotland. It produces both a single malt whisky without smoke, which it bottles under its own name, and a smoky whisky, known as Old Ballantruan. The distillery is owned by Angus Dundee Distillers, which also operates the Glencadam distillery in the Highlands. Tomintoul Peated matured for an unspecified period in oak barrels. Bottled at a mild 40% alcohol by volume. Aroma: Sweet
