2022 Kabir Moscato di Pantelleria Donnafugata smooth tanninsThis wine is made from Zibibbo grapes the Muscat grapes of Alexandria. The grapes come from the island of Pantelleria in the south west of Sicily. The vines grow on sandy soils formed from lava at an altitude of 20 400 meters above sea level. The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14 16 C. The wine ages for 4 months in tanks and then another 4 months in bottles before being released onto the market.
