Mermaid Gin 0,7l, alc. 42 Vol.-% Whisky der Monats tangerines and blood orangesOf the 10 botanicals, some grow right along the coast of the Isle of Wight in southern Britain. The flowers and roots, with which the juniper spirit matures for a week, are handpicked. With spring water from the island, the distillate is reduced to drinking strength. The result is an exceptional small batch gin with citrusy, slightly peppery nuances and a touch of sea breeze, which is best enjoyed neat or as a Mermaid Gin and Tonic.
