Le Clos de Bannon Sancerre AOC 2022 Bio 1500ml sparkling Ein trockener Weißwein mit KörperThe Clos de Bannon is a walled single vineyard in the hamlet of Bannon near Bu with a preponderance of flintstone. Product of a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast and aged on its lees in steel tanks. In the winter the Fouassier family keeps their sheep here. We would classify this as a Grand Cru of Sancerre.
