Kaiyo Whisky 'The Ruby' Aberlour our Director of Whisky CreationKaiyo Whisky 'The Ruby' is a unique blend of Japan's un chill filtered malt whisky. It is aged for a total of 10 years, with 3 years in Japanese Mizunara oak, 3 months at sea, and a final 7 years in former Ruby port pipes. The result is a smooth and flavorful whisky with a touch of sweetness.
