I find the 2015 PS to be a little marked by the élevage from a dry and warm year that resulted in a concentrated wine

indeed utterly delicious without being common

earth and plenty of floral influences

There is a lovely sense of energy to the nicely delineated flavors that terminate in a saline-inflected if somewhat simple finish

Raveneau, Chablis other_regions I find the 2015 PS(from vines near Montmains). Here too there is good freshness to the slightly riper aromas of grapefruit, quinine and sea breeze. The overtly rich and lush medium bodied flavors possess an opulent mouthfeel along with a lovely texture while offering markedly better complexity on the balanced and lingering finish. This is really quite pretty and a wine that should amply reward mid term cellaring.
