Intense and polished with delicious praline layers

This was initially dominated by inviting scents of burnished wood

(from a huge 3 ha parcel superbly placed high on the slope

Huet, Vouvray Clos Bourg Temoin Size:6x750ml 28 ha parcel of 30+Tangy and almondy with just a hint of cheesiness. Such tension though. Masses of acidity. Very fresh and lively. Compared with the biodynamic experiment this seems more classical and youthful. This will surely have a wonderfully long life.
