The figurine or ornament is old

The plate is approximately 5 3/4" diameter and is in good antique condition with some paint loss

however I will not plug it in due to its age

The picture plate is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Graphic has a spot just about the word, Greetings, seems to be a manufacturing flaw. Reverse has a hanging string. Made in Japan, for decorative purposes only.
