The Mourvdre, as well as a small portion of Grenache, hails from the Placida Vineyard on the Sonoma Coast (a rare and coldish location for these heat loving varietals) while the predominant Grenache component was sourced from the youngest section of the Cemetery Vineyard in Mendocino County.
