Hentley Farm, Clos Otto Shiraz Vintage:2014 cherry and light grassy aromasAged in 100% French oak, the 2005 Shiraz Clos Otto is deep garnet colored with touches of brick and has earthy, meaty and gamey aromas intermingled with tobacco, tea, menthol and dried fruits. Big and very full bodied, the palate offers savory flavors of dried mulberries and Chinese dried plums, medium firm, chewy tannins and lively acid through the long finish. Drink it now until 2025+.
